Its a great effort to put together poems in the Urdu language, while at the same time providing a translation in English, for those not well versed in the Urdu language. Its a choice collection of 10 poems in a very easy readable format. I am positive and am hoping to get hold of more of her literary work in due course of time. I am characterizing as one of those must read books. While reading one is reminded of a 10 string musical instrument “Beganna” which is a large Greek Kithara, a large musical instrument that is thought to come from God, given to King David., mostly used for sacred music. As they say it “struck a cord” deep inside. The author has touched on subjects that modern science is still trying to grapple with like PTSD, Alzheimer, Ego and on just Being Human the title of the book.
