This album is filled with emotion and sweat, blood, and tears. Francis of the Filth really impressed me with his production and great lyricism. His lyrics tell a great story and helped me get through tough times. 10/10

This album imo was overhyped. It was an okay album but I was expecting it to be better. Not much to say about this album besides it was all over the place. 6/10. One thing I will say though, is that Baby Keem’s sound is unique and it’s a good start for a debut album.

This mixtape introduced me to a side of me that I don’t know existed. This mixtape made me realize that I love this kinda music. The drug addiction and self-regret is the feeling that this mixtape gives for every song and I love it. The songs sounded very unique and unlike anything I have ever heard. The production was alright. Not anything crazy but it is put together very well considering it is the first mixtape of The Weeknd. It gives me the environment of in a bedroom full of drugs on the floor and multiple women on the bed. It’s 4am and I’m singing my pain away and I’m stuck. It feels very sleepy. Songs that stood out to me were House Of Balloons/Glass Table Girls, Coming Down, and What You Need. The only flaws I can think of are the repetitiveness of the lyrics. Overall, I feel like I would give this album an 8/10. Not perfect but not bad either.

This record is probably my favorite album from Nirvana. The production change is easily noticed on the first 2 songs Serve The Servants and Scentless Apprentice. This album goes back to their hard rock roots. They also reject the mainstream which is a rebellious thing that makes me enjoy the album even more. The songs sound very different from the songs off of Nevermind. The songs that stood out for me were Scentless Apprentice, Very Ape, and Milk It. Kurt’s vocals sound less produced and edited which gives it more of an organic feeling. Overall, I give this album a 9/10. Almost perfect.

I would say this album is decent. There’s a lot of good songs such as Floyd The Barber, Blew, Love Buzz, and more (those 3 stood out the most for me). I would say though that after Scoff, the album sort of lost its momentum. I felt like the songs after Scoff are good but not good enough to where it could keep up with the previous songs. The album has a very raw and un-edited sound to it which I really enjoy. Sounds very different from their 2nd record Nevermind. The environment of this album is like performing at a small club and screaming your lungs out. Overall, I would give with album an 8/10. Although the last couple of songs aren’t as great, the previous songs definitely help boost up the score.
