My dad loves it. He is hearing impaired and he called in to receive a $500 grocery certificate. They called him back. I was visiting him when they called him, and helped by taking the call for him. They required a payment for handing this certificate. The person I talked to said that he would receive a customer packet in about two weeks. It has been over three weeks so I called the number they gave us to ask about this, and they said that we would have to pay another fee to be referred to a legal service to get information on this matter. I believe he has been scammed. I want your show to be made aware that this has happened.
