The show is entertaining. I'll give it that much. But you can see shonda's opinions and beliefs clearly reflected throughout the episodes. It pushes its pro-gay, pro-abortion, anti-christian feminist propaganda at the audience, even though they disguise it well with a few "Christian" characters. I felt that the way many characters behave and express themselves in the show is far from the way people act in real life.
