It also shows that terminations can and must be done humanely and emphasizes the relevance of empathy in leadership and people management. Again, it stress on the importance of work-life-balance and provides a learning for managers to ensure that those who's roles require they being constantly on the road and encouraged to find some form of stability in their social life. It is a must watch for corporate executives.
