This man is a farce. He posed as an employer to get applicants for a "book writing" job. He didn't hire instead gave a list of questions, like a survey, then asks for more knowledge and information, then more. Pretty much baiting you and using your thoughts, ideas, and sources for his book, in the disguise of a potential job position. Here it seems like now he redirected the theme of his book to get readers, by using the Black Lives Matter movement, and race baiting.
