FEEL THE NEED

A feel good film from start to finish. Even if you're to young to appreciate the original top gun, the story doesn't require you to have watched the epic Top Gun from 1986. The story line is in a similar vain to the original without the need for an explanation so can be enjoyed to the max. There are a couple of points which aren't quite true to life though... one of which is 5th gen fighters missiles use radar to lock on to a target, so why use flares (heat seeking counter measures) to evade them. Metallic chaff would in real life do that, not flares but hey this is Hollywood. Overall very highly rated. Probably the best movie of the last 30 year's.
