I am by no means a movie critic, but I can tell a good movie from a bad one. Despite the movie having potential, it was poorly executed. Truth is, I really wanted to like the movie, considering it’s shot in NYC, where I grew up, and featured the late Pop Smoke. Unfortunately that wasn’t enough to hold the movie down, and I ended up walking out. I found the movie cringeworthy, and lacking any kind of depth. It was like a bad mix of Finding Forrester and Tokyo Drift.
