This book was incredible. The story line was so good with full rich characters.. When I began to realize that it was about Pennhurst.I was floored. I had s small part of the judge advocates group who were responsible for oversight of the closing of the state institution. I never saw anything other than patient care areas so all the underground functions and structures were fascinating..i moved to a little town, Berwyn, after graduating from college.. This book was great and i will read it again.
