I find it disgusting how Netflix allowed pseudo-intellectuals to not only spread misinformation, but also destroy public opinion on real Black history. Instead of producing a series on one of the countless amazing stories from real Sub-Saharan African history or history from the black diaspora, they decided to let a few supremacists ruin it for everyone. Netflix has flipped off every underrecognized and underrepresented African historian, who have been trying for centuries to get real, forgotten African history to enter popular media.
