Awful show. If I could give this sketch "comedy" show 0 stars, I would. I checked out this show with high hopes. Great title and the concept sounded hilarious, but the sketches are lame and unfunny. The funniest "sketch" on the show is the opening sequence with puppets. Perhaps if they featured these puppets in the sketches instead of these unfunny actors, this show would actually be funny. Most of the sketches make no sense. In the episode I watched, I probably laughed a total of 3 times. The funniest sketch was the "227 Reboot." It was funny; the actress who played "Sandra" was spot on, but once this sketch was over, the show reverted back to being strained, unfunny, and sad. They should probably get rid of half the cast and get all new writers that know how to write comedy. Perhaps then, this show could be funny? It's painfully clear that the people leaving 5-star reviews have obviously never watched an episode; they just want to support black women. Perhaps they should support black women in funny shows instead?

I'm not familiar with The Witcher comic books, but if the series is any indication of the comics, then I'll skip the comics, too. I really tried to give this show a chance, but there is no plot and the characters and the story just kind of meanders all over the place with no real direction. While Henry Cavill is fine and fun to look at it, his looks are not enough to keep me watching this boring drivel. If a show doesn't capture my interest within the first three episodes, then I would normally switch off the show. However, I really wanted to give this show a chance so I've watched nearly all of the episodes with the exception of the last episode. I hope the last and final episode goes somewhere and tells some kind of story. If it doesn't, then I will not watch the second season of The Witcher. If you like shows without plots, with zero character development, and stories that go nowhere, then The Witcher is for you.
