We've seen some fantastic work from Australian indigenous actors over the years: Cleverman, Redfern Now, Mystery Road among the TV series showcasing their talent. Total Control is right up there with the best. Strong performances all round but Deborah Mailman in particular shows why she has won so many awards. Well written episodes supported by good direction and production . I certainly hope they make at least one more series; there are enough indigenous issues to feed them.
