If I could give a negative number I would they dont even deserve a 1. I originally booked a flight for under $500 dollars for economy and got confirmation of the booking. When I called I was informed that there were no economy seats and if I wanted it I would have to do comfort + at 1190 so I booked that only to find out my seats are still in main cabin. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
