The youngsters who don’t appreciate this book , you obviously are unaware of the history this book is revealing to you. The plight of the people. The human spirit. The depression. The grit it took to get where they were going. Albeit the story has made up characters, this happened in American history. The dust bowl. The migrant farming issue. Read something and get off of your computer. Show some
Real interest in something other than selfies and Fortnite!

It gave me all the good feels. It was so on point. Didn’t miss a beat from the 1980’s movie. The story was good. The acting was good. I love the tribute to Val Kilmer, aka ICE MAN. Poor guy is going through a lot in real life. The story was so good.
