A lot to unpack here. First, nothing new happens. The plot is basically a montage of "Identity," "Supremacy," and "Ultimatum." There are holes all over and things that just don't seem plausible. First, Borne is working as a prize fighter in Athens. Part of staying under the radar is staying out of law enforcement's crosshairs. After all he's endured, I would think that he would simply work as a day laborer. Nikki -- I seriously doubt she would be foolish enough to hack NSA documents in a way that could lead to her getting caught. I also don't believe that she would out herself like that after ten years in hiding. More than likely, if a situation like this were true, Borne and Parsons would be unimportant to the NSA after ten years. It would be like a Snowden situation. They would be ex-patriots living and working in a country that is unfriendly with the US. Then, there's the federal side of the story. . . . I don't like Tommy Lee Jones in these types of film because he always plays the same guy. As for his protege, that part was badly miscast. She doesn't even have a believable American accent. Then there's the fact that she doesn't seem authentic as a CIA operative. She'd be much more at home in Goth girl attire with fuzzy pink socks. Matt Damon did a good job despite the stagnant story. I like the Borne films, but this was the least of them.
