I made an appointment online and visited the store, then nobody was there. The system for appointment is not preperly working. This is not the first time. Although the store hour is until 7pm, nobody was there even at 4:30pm. What I could do is only to talk to call center persons who cannot do anything. Nobody returned my call either. Corporate office lady was also rude and hang up my call. It is a terrible company!!
