I think the best way to watch this movie, is in bed with it playing in the background as you go to sleep. The "scary" parts are loud and might wake you up. The rest of the movie will put you to sleep. Sitting down and watching this movie dry is a waste of time. I found myself focusing more on the cartoons playing on the TV then any other thing happening in the movie. The real horror is how the director got a bunch of people to watch what is basically TV static for two hours. The movie tries to build suspense for the entire time and then delivers nothing.
