At last a TV series that is true to the books (unlike that awful TV version of Silo). I have so often read books and hated the TV/ film versions that I have hesitated to watch the botch versions that appear on screen and ruin the version I have in my head. Thank you actors, writers and producers for making Slow Horses absolutely fantastic it exceeds the version in my head ( the only other book version that has done this is Lord of the Rings).

I loved the books read them twice why did you change the story and many of the characters? I am so disappointed I can see the film in my head and this show bears no relation to the books. Which were fast paced and riveting, this is slow and ponderous and boring. Advice- don’t read the books first and you won’t be disappointed. The only film that is from a book that has worked and exceeded the film in my head was Lord of the Rings.
