While I generally enjoyed the series I have serious questions to the plot.
Leave alone many of the rightful comments on how can a prosecutor’s past be easily “errrased” (come on, in high cases like this research is done on everything from both sides); my biggest question is about this twist that in one night an individual is capable to dance with his girlfriend, get totally drunk with his mates, see a person dying, hide evidence and than casually rape a girl he bumped in the corridor (!!!) after which to come to his girlfriend and ask for alibi. That seems beyond ridiculous.
Either the author of the plot is willing to add extra extra drama to compress it in one night or as rightfully said it is a case of extreme obsession of the idea of “punishing privileged who are pure evil”. I hope it is not the second as that is plainly stupid.
The plot would not have suffered if that would not be as dramatically compressed into such a short timeframe.
For the rest I have enjoyed actors playing and specifically appreciated the line of the wife who had fo show internal and external struggle.
And let’s not forget that it is a series after all; while we might not agree with the plot or the idea behind it, we might still appreciate good actors doing their job :)
