ABC's 20/20 did an excellent investigation into a family court case in February 2020 where another father, Josh Powell killed his two sons, Braden and Charlie Powell in Utah because he was losing access visits. Family Courts cannot have reunification with family as their goal, not at the expense of child safety. Thank you ABC and 20/20 for reporting on the need for systemic change in Family Courts.
