Terrible theology.
1st Jesus never sinned.
2nd Baptism by water does not save anyone, only trusting in Jesus with your whole heart according to Romans 3:23, Roman’s 6:23, Roman’s 5:8, Romans 10;9, John 3:16 and John 14:6.
Not recommended at all for anyone.
