Until recently you were on my list of must watch. I have found Mark R and to a degree Duncan’s amusing.in the past. I now see there ignorance as dangerous. They come out with these bold statements with no factual background. Marks latest was that what we all need to hunga down and get on working at these times. From a person who loves a free market this is the worse thing to do at these times. Mark and Duncun had just finished admiring Simon and his cashflow stimulus then to flow out with that. My biggest concern was no one really pushed back. Viewers are left thinking what he said was a good thing. Ask any retailer about to go back to work what they need to survive mid to long term. It’s not loans or Tax reliefs these are only short term offers. Everyone spending again and buying again is the only end to a depression. I get daily request to help the media by a donation. We need you lot to keep the government to account. Who is controling you and keeping you to account? You can come out with unfounded comments or opinions and no one is there to question you. You call out bulling when the public don’t like your questioning techniques. You feel you can questions other as you please as this is the job. You are not in some way more intelligent than others so please stop pretending to be. You are not a doctor or economist, just another person not better or worse. For every one of your experts I can find one that has a different opinion. Great journalism is to show the reader the options not to shove it down our throats like you are lords of some type.
