Campaign is interesting and worth it. Zombies is fun. Multiplayer i found to be a bit boring. I have now finished campaign on highest difficulty and now exclusively play Zombies.
If you are the sort of person who lives and dies by multiplayer, then this game may be disappointing. If you are like me and satisfied with campaign and zombies, then buy.
