Brilliant. So well written! Language was beautiful and the story entranced me with every page. It was a tragedy. It was a romance. It was the sad truth about what humans do to each other. The war was ugly and tangible. The rain heron’s description made me think of our desire to try to control the temperature, the seasons, the weather. I can’t wait to see the movie!!!
