Really enjoyed the insights (some unpleasant) into my home town. I always knew that Phillips drove the bus, but the depths of their conniving was shocking to me. The racial stuff I was vaguely aware of, but this book was a revelation. I left Bartlesville in 1963 and this evoked a lot of memories, good and bad.
