It's a Diablo 3 remake. unless they change the itemization and skills completely I don't see this being anything other that a diablo 3.5. The only thing about this that isn't D3 is the graphics. Everything is almost a clone, skill damage just like d3, legendary items drop every 10-15 mins not that uncommon to get multiple in a single drop. You get duplicated legendary items constantly. I've only found about 6 different legendary effects but I've found tons of legendries (30-75). This is all on one necro and I just hit lvl 50 yesterday. I forgot to mention that the level scaling thing is the worse part of the game, as far as sucking the fun out of it. Really sucks to level up and you are weaker against mobs you killed in an area at the start of the game. If you don't ever feel stronger you don't get any sense of progression. 0/10 for the level scaling.
