Ken Wood

This is the only textbook I use for any class - it really clarifies the language we use to describe color, has great color reproductions and exercises, and goes in-depth with Saturation (which students sometimes find trickier to define, compared to Hue and Value). It's an innovative and practical book, and each revision refines it even more.
