Season 1 was spectacular. Season 2 was ok, but certainly not as good as Season 1. Then, Season 3 came out, and every dislike I had of Martin Short and Steve Martin’s acting came frothing to the top. Why does every performance Martin Short has have to turn into a musical? Steve Martin’s performance becomes lacklustre by the third Season. A few more “A-list” actors are introduced in Season 3, but it can’t camouflage the poor writing. The stories become unraveled as the seasons go on.
