The protagonist is portrayed without conviction. Mouthing dialogues doesn't make for gripping realism. Cliched dialogue too. Totally sub-par. Watch it on TV, the FF feature is a great friend. Or don't watch it and reclaim ten to fifteen minutes of your life. Trust me, you'll either switch off or keep jumping, I ultimately went from ten minute jumps right to an end leap! Abysmally disappointing!

A unique narrator, definitely on the spectrum but certainly functional. A kind soul, brought up by a loving grandparent to cope despite her limitations. Trying so hard to rise above life's hardships. Being ridiculed and undervalued, taken advantage of, made an innocent dupe. A murder mystery that is bereft of edge-of-the-seat action but that achieves suspense with the subtlety of gentle rivulet rather than the roaring cataract of a thriller. But her sincerity and dedication have earned her some champions. All comes right at the end. Or as she puts it: If it's not all right, it's not the end. Lovely delicate writing!
