I really liked this movie. Everyone talking smack about it didn’t understand the movie. People are mad about them bringing religion into this movie. Of course they brought religion. The main character believed in God and the creature was using that to convince him he was doing good and using his dead daughter to convince him also. It wasn’t necessarily about religion. And yes the main character wasn’t like able in the beginning because he was the one sabotaging everything, but towards the end he broke out of it and redeemed himself. Yeah this isn’t exactly like the first bird box- it’s not a “Bird Box 2” it’s showing the other side of bird box. The people that want you to “see” which I really like about the movie. Especially since the first one had those people and I was curious how the creature convinced/controlled them. Over all a good watch in my opinion.
