Extraordinary. Shocking, sad. Why does it seem just as relevant in 2020? Julianne Moore was amazing.

Appallingly bad, incoherent drama. Getting tired of these “flawed, but brilliant “ cops and/or detectives whose flaws are supposed to make them so much more interesting. In this case, all flaws.

It was a good idea foolishly executed. Difficult to count the ways: our heroes drive a speedboat into a yacht, great explosion. Should all be dead right? Next scene they are in their apartment with shirts and ties. Guns never run out of bullets, people rarely hit with those bullets. Preposterous escapes. And the great Blanca Suarez never cracks a single smile. Disappointed

The most intense war movie I’ve seen, except for the opening moments of Saving Private Ryan. Small screen or no, I was on the edge of my seat in awe of the battle being fought in the waves of the North Atlantic, and of the men who endured it.

Can’t tell who is more disturbed. Tiresome formula. Season 3 sophomoric philosophy. Didn’t we see this in an Alfred Hitchcock movie I another guise? Quite possibly the worst show I’ve seen. Perhaps it was the point, but the “good” guys were as looney as the bad guy. Soporific acting by Bill Pullman

I tend to like European police shows better than the ones in America, where all the good guys are young, blond, and with few inner tensions. Not much character. But this one goes beyond what I have come to appreciate. Not a single appealing character among them, and the lead character, Joan is not much more than a bug-eyed joke staring at people like he is slow to comprehend almost everything. It is easy to see why he didn’t make it as a cop. And the psychiatrist is not much better. Nor Camille who never had a smile cross her face. What is with these people?
