For it's budget, I'm surprised how bad the CGI looks. The story didn't capture me as much as I would have hoped. Honest Opinion: This show should have been called something else & did its own thing. Halo has had games, books, & movies. This is the first time, Halo's getting an actual tv show & the makers of the show decide to not make base it off from the already established lore. At this point, it's just fan fiction. (Or maybe just fiction, writers didn't even play the games or read the books.) I can understand why a lot of halo fans are upset. This show takes the characters they loved and changed them. But if this show did it's own thing, they wouldn't be getting this much backlash.
