I don't understand the hate this game has received. I mean to each their own, but I have had no complaints whatsoever and this is my first time playing it. I've also been playing with headphones the whole time, which has enhanced the sound immensely, making everything that much it intense. I mean I have found myself taking corners especially slow because I swear something is about to happen every time I hear something clawing from either the ceiling, floor, or the vents on the walls. The graphics are perfect, the story is intriguing, and the gameplay just adds onto the fun, the violence is also delicious! I can hear every bone crack every time I hit an enemy in such perfect detail. I also personally enjoy the inventory menu, despite how " limited" it may feel to some, it brings me back to RE4. I feel like it adds to the sense of confinement and claustrophobia. I've been a huge fan of sci Fi horror games, especially since the first Dead Space game. I honestly think the only people that don't like it are the same ones who begged for a more realistic survival horror sci-fi game and got mad because they can't just shoot their way through everything. I say you guys keep doing exactly what you're doing.
