Relax will ya?! It’s a poorly written book which they tried to make into a series. The female lead was well played and she was interesting to watch and try to follow. All these reviews about her inability to deal with her husband’s death speak more about the reviewers who perhaps have never experienced such a deeply grief stricken event. Her affair with Leo. Common, shocking? For the boys out there? What unmitigated hypocrisy! Look who we have as the bloody President… the Rapist-in-Chief. The interesting piece of this rather flat attempt at a story line is Marco. He’s the fellow who suffers the most egregious events, ( and also the most off-base) ‘cause he didn’t kill Martina or Leo. He gets the worst deal because he kills himself over what he thinks his family will suffer. Wow, talk about ingesting sins!!! I saw it in Spanish with subtitles which is much better than the crappy dubbing. It’s entertainment, that’s it… annd not the best. Yet, the “journalism” reminds of the current Washington Post. Need I say more.
