Dave is essentially a money sham, with extremely poor customer service and response times. In fact, Dave never responds after their initial confirmation email, saying they received your question and will get back to you. Crickets, because they will never respond beyond that email. If you have consistenyly positive payment record of paying back advances, it can actually hurt you instead of helping you, because in my case, after paying every advance on time, I had my advance amount reduced to the minimum, making their monthly fees far too exorbitant for such a pitiful amount. On top of those problems, their charges for any of the services available are proportionately large and predatory as far as I'm concerned.
