So many eloquently written reviews on here, all pretty much saying the same thing.......this adaption of H G Wells beautifully written novel is woeful! Stupidly, I thought that the BBC would honour the original work, how wrong I was. I can't think of a single positive thing to say about it, there are too many negatives to list. Suffice to say I switched off at some point during episode 2 during the "future" red filter nonsense, never to return! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
