Like the first book, this one is rough, raw, truthful, and inspiring. Life isn’t kind or easy. The “blueprint” David Goggins provided us with in this book is the cheat sheet for life - you still have to do the hard work, but you get that one sheet of critical formulas to navigate the tough times. I read the book and listened to the audio book. Same content but very different experience. I now find myself unbearable to find excuses for not doing what I said I would do. I am motivated to do more for my physical fitness, family, and work. To quote the book - this is not a self help book, this is a what-the-f-you-are-doing-with-your-life book. Stay Hard!
