Half a star if possible. Could HAVE BEEN an amazing movie but horrible director or acting or something was off. Too many cringe moments and shitty scripts. Like the Lowrider movie, could’ve been a historical movie like Blood in Blood Out or Mi Familia. But this Tax Collector and Lowrider movie a complete failure.
