The only film in recent periods which talks about Vikas and Kalyan.... In short director brilliantly shows that how Modi and Amit Shah fooled people of country on the name of Vikas and Kalyan....

Trying to show how Congress government is corrupted from top to bottom. PM tries to save her MP in the middle of the story and the same PM says officers like Patnayak are backbone of system. It proved that Congress is corrupted.

Don't waste your time and money... Didn't understand what the hell actually director and story writer wanted to say.. No resemblance to anything. Some TV serial also have good story than that.
