This is one of my top-five favorite movies of all-time, but I am enamoured of most of The Kendricks Brothers' movies in the extreme!
If you're not a fan of Christian movies and don't like romantic dramas, I don't recommend; otherwise I certainly do! It's about a marriage heading for divorce between a fire chief, Kirk Cameron's character, and a publicist for a hospital, Erin Bethea's character.
'Caleb Holt' drives wife, 'Catherine,' to the point of saying, "I want out!," to which Caleb responds, "If you want out, that's fine with me!," as he shouts in her face.
Meanwhile, both his father and firefighting teammate encourage him to not give up, but he has. Catherine, also, finds a new love interest in a young doctor at her workplace.
There is a happy ending, and some mediocre acting by Bethea and the character who plays Caleb's father, but a definite winner for me! It's a big-hearted movie.
