Absolutely horrible! No respect to the original show that we all know and love. This Netflix adaptation is simply supposed to be a live action remake not a complete redesign of the original story. The original show is so well loved because even though the show is centered around essentially a group of kids , it still shows and discusses mature themes and treats the characters with respect. There is a constant battle between doing what is truly right and doing what will only benefit yourself. Of course the avatar being who he is , is constantly choosing others over himself and always looking at the greater good in people. The Netflix remake completely misses these themes and cuts out key scenes from the cartoon that really helped shape are loved characters. Not to mention that key parts of the story were deliberately changed and now the flow of character development is ruined ,leaving no feelings of any kind to are characters. I advise not even wasting your time watching it!
