Overall I will call it as an above average film and my personal rating is 2.5/5. while the friendship theme is there and the director does explore it quite good he made us being fed up with the extremely dramatic (cringe) mother sentiment and unintentionally funny buildups(some build up does worked but most of them were surely laughable and doesn't worth it) First half is purely a time waste and an unnecessary addition to the story(director just wants to make his old story looks vary from other movies by adding unnecessary sub plots and stretching it like a chewing gum) and it was absolutely boring with too much of slow mos and walkings....but coming to the 2nd half this is were the movie's interesting part really starts to begin.The screenplay does picked a momentum with detailing to the story of Khansaar city and character development.While most of the 1st half character sucked here were many show stealing and much needed characters introduced(sriya Reddy,Bobby Sinha,jagapathi babu).All actors did justice to what they offered especially sriya and Bobby Sinha. The final climax twist is not surprising but it had the biggest impact in the whole movie. Prabhas doesn't do much except of walking and slashing people...but his screen presence is very strong.Prithvi Raj did his best for his role but couldn't shine tbh he wasn't actually fully utilized since he's a terrific actor with many versatile roles. So overall the film had a lot of cliff hangers which I'm not sure whether the team can justify those In a single sequel (it's quite a lot) Bgm is just a stretched loud sound effects which had very less cinematic impact (but does heavy damage to your eardrums). Production value is very rich and cinematography is very Rich too but it's also too dark and dirty but much enhanced than kgf. editing is not bad. In summary if u r a prabhas fan or call movies that assaults our senses as cinema you can go for it in theatre you'll definitely enjoy it and will have a good time...and it's surely avoidable for neutral and good cinema lovers I recommend you guys to watch it on ott or piracy network if you wants too kill your time and have a not bad experience 🙌

One of the best action Tamil film in recent times.it has everything an action/thriller/gangster film need rich visuals,great VfX(some parts looks subpar but most part is great)Amazing camerawork,great performances, Breathtaking action sequences and more. But that doesn't make this film flawless btw.It has it's flaws but still Leo roars stronger with it's Lead man's career best performance and Lokesh Kanagaraj's impeccable film making style(he screwed up a bit🫣just a little bit this time but as usual he excelled in direction)
