I don't really understand how people can say he has no emotions.. If you think about it a lot of anime characters are like that and it doesn't mean they have no emotions it just means they have an aloof personality and that's not a bad thing. it just means there mostly calm and not as out going. also they still care about others just like everyone else. you don't always have to react to everything optimistically or cheerful. anyways i just wanted to say that because it made me mad how people gave a 1 star just because he was different from other characters. That type of personalty isn't always bad :)
