Why was this movie ignored by SAG, the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards? This is one of the best criminal court trial movies I have ever seen. Chadwick Boseman, Josh Gad, Sterling K. Brown and Kate Hudson are all wonderful, and at top of their game. I guess it came out in the year of #oscarssowhite. It was only nominated for Best Song? (Great song. Did not win.) This is a truly inspiring movie about a landmark case as well as the significant sacrifices required of the leaders who brought the cause of civil rights forward.
