I really enjoyed this film. No doubt the impact of the character has been diminished by having to follow 'Infinity War', but the simple story and fun touches made this a pleasingly enjoyable film. It helps if you've seen the other 376 films in the MCU, because there are a lot of inside jokes/passing references, but ultimately, this was a great film introduction for the character of Captain Marvel. The cat is great too!
