interesting to me and observational commentary left very open ended; i can respect this piece as a feature film but felt like it was 20 minutes too long and probably would have fared better as a limited series. liked the characters and generational portraiture and especially found the jibs on religion amusing, as it was very relatable. as far as iack neo (and local) films go, he has actually struck a pretty good balance and it felt like a very confident piece - he knew what messages he wanted to explore and he committed without being overly aggressive. pacing felt a little off but all in all still very enjoyable! recommended to watch only if you are not a sensitive ass christian thanks (note: i am literally only referring to sensitive ass christians, which i hope is a minority, as i also know a lot of NOT sensitive ass christians who are chill)
