A little glitchy but I just finished the campaign. I have to say, it’s very well done. The relationship built between V and Johnny throughout the course of my playthrough made it harder to say goodbye. I chose to leave Night City with Panam after that. I like to think they went to Tucson and found a way to fix V’s condition. I thoroughly enjoyed my playthrough and would recommend it to anyone on Next Gen (Last Gen is very buggy).
