This was absolute shit. not only it didn't follow the novel at all but the way this was film was garbage. It started garbage as well when it showed that Kim Dokja himself hated the TWSA novel. THE FUCKING POINT OF HIM KNOWING HOW TO SURVIVE IN THIS IS BECAUSE HIM LOVING THE NOVEL. THE NOVEL IS LITERALY HIS WHOLE LIFE. A BIG PART OF THE NOVEL. IT'S THE LITERAL REASON WHY HE IS STILL ALIVE. It doesn't make sense why he would read a novel that he hates for years? if he did started reading it then it wouldn't make sense he would remember all of it.... Not only that but guns??? there's a reason why they use swords in the novel and in the manhwa. The swords has a big part in the fucking story. There's so much wrong in the movie that it's unwatchable. The movie could've ate and be bomb if it ACTUALLY FOLLOW THE FUCKING NOVEL. How the fuck do you butchered it so badly. Literally disrespecting the author WHO GAVE THE DIRECTOR THE NOVEL AND WATCH FOR THE FREAKING MOVIE. The Director should quit if he can't even do his job right. The fact that he didn't even follow the novel and didn't do much research for it is bad. And if this was for a cash grab then that's just sad, even the actors doesn't match the characters from the novel. From someone that has been a fan, this is genuinely so heartbreaking. i was so excited for my favourite novel to turn into a movie, only for it to be totally inaccurate and just bad.... if you can't even follow the novel that the author made then just don't make it at all. Overall, this movie is shit and I don't recommend it. Read the novel or manhwa on webtoons. Trust me, it's much better than this shit.
