Tedious and unconvincing. Plus, Bowie is portrayed as SO neurotic and self-defeating, I kept expecting the film to end with a title card like "Bowie's final album, The Man Who Sold the World" is now considered a seminal work of art". No glimmer of his potential in this sad and cheaply-made little film. Marc Maron's and Jena Malone's performances are high points, though!
