The teenage girl is such a unlikable character. It is not a real depiction of how teenagers are. I am a 16 year old watching this and she was so unlikable in so many ways. They made her out to be a teenager who doesn't care for their things, is constantly moody (even before the incident), has rude friends, and much more. As a 'teenager' I actually care about my things and I wouldn't be so ungrateful for what my parents do. Not only was the teenager written from a perspective that "all teenagers are moody brats" but it's poor story writing with the plot. It is such a slow boring movie with nothing real interesting happening. Normally I am fine with plot inconsistencies and a bit slacking on the writing but this was awful. Character development of the teenager and poor storyline. For all the reviews saying their "teenager acts just like that" I feel bad for you because you clearly don't know them for who they are. That or you think very poorly on your kids. Cause, sure teenagers are moody, but not in the way they depicted in this film.
